Please Note

If the air handler and/or the majority of the air ducts are in a crawl space, the home must be no more than 2500sqft.
Crawl spaces must have a concrete or vapour barrier floor.
We do not work in attics, extremely dirty crawl spaces / has rodent activity or crawl spaces that are extremely small.

Air Duct Cleaning

What is the approximate square footage of home (not footprint) serviced the forced air. Do not include garages and rooms heated by other sources.

Does your home have more than one thermostat or air handling system (zoned systems or homes with two furnaces or a furnace and HRV system)?

Is there an easily accessible 220v outlet (stove or dryer)? Our vacuum requires a stove or dryer outlet. If not, please let us know as we may have another option.

Is there any exposed metal ducting coming directly off of the air handler? We need to verify there is enough exposed duct work to create access for cleaning.

Where is the air handler located in the home? (basement, closet, under stairs, crawl space, attic, etc) *If in a tight space or crawl space, we will require photos and more information.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

We do not work on extremely steep roofs.

Dryer Vent Cleaning : Where on the home does the vent exit? (ground level, step-ladder accessible, extension ladder required, single-story roof or second-story roof)

Dryer Vent Cleaning : If your vent exits on a roof, we will require more details regarding access and roof pitch.

Chimney Sweeps

We do not clean heatilator fireplaces unless being prepared for a gas or electric insert.

Wood inserts must have a metal chimney liner.

Chimney Sweeps : Do you have a wood insert, factory-built fireplace, free-standing stove with a straight metal chimney, free-standing stove with a removeable stove pipe or a standard open masonry fireplace?
