Advanced Cleaning

We maximize suction by using cleaning zones and use the industries most advanced compressed air agitation tools to fully dislodge dust and other airborne contaminants. We don't just "blow and go". We offer you a level of clean your homes lungs have never seen before.

No Hidden Fees

We offer a flat rate service that is all inclusive. We do not charge any per vent charges, all of our rates are up front.

No Cheap Equipment

We only use the industries most advanced brushes and agitation devices to ensure your system is fully clear of any contaminants. Our Hypervac runs off 220 power, it is the strongest portable system on the market today. Having the right tools really makes a difference.

No Rushed Jobs

How long did your last duct cleaning take? We will never take shortcuts or rush through a job just to get to the next one. A proper air duct cleaning takes time and attention to detail. We only clean 2 houses per day to ensure the job is done properly.

Honesty & Integrity

Unlike other home cleaning services, you can't always see the areas we are cleaning. You are trusting us to do a thorough job and we take that seriously. We will explain our process to you and give you a true peace of mind service. We inspect all of our work and your satisfaction is always guaranteed.

DRYER VENT CLEANING

Years of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, hair, pet dander and skin follicles could be hiding in your air ducts. This greatly reduces the air quality in your home and can cause health problems.

Soaring to New Heights

in Air Duct Cleaning

Did you know that there are currently no regulations or certification for air duct cleaners in Canada? There is no association for standards and training in Canada. To, us this makes no sense at all. We would like to see that change one day, but for now we can only lead by example. We have set our standards for cleaning extremely high and we strive to raise the bar for the industry.

There is a certain level of trust between a customer and an air duct cleaning company. The customer can not see inside their duct system so they trust the company to do the job properly. Our job is to clean and inspect your entire system. We will create more access points to ensure that your system is completely clear of contaminants. At Clean Air Force, we take all steps necessary to keep your ducts under maximum negative pressure during cleaning. To do this, we seal off your entire system and create 'cleaning zones' by splitting your system into smaller zones for more thorough cleaning.

Basic compressed air cleaning has become the industry standard on Vancouver Island. While compressed air can do a good job at blowing the dust out of your vents, we are not satisfied with just good. We want to be great! That’s why we’ve set our standards above what the current industry offers. By using advanced compressed air agitation devices on your air ducts, we're able to do a far superior job to just using compressed air on its own.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Done the Right Way!

“I was surprised to find out how many companies are cleaning dryer vents without actually cleaning and inspecting the dryer itself. If a fire is going to start, it starts in your dryer not your vent.” – Neil Ballard (Owner)

Every home has a clothes dryer, but not many people think about the danger they can pose as a potential fire hazard. Each load of laundry you dry creates lint and the lint screen can only do so much to stop it from entering the vent. It is important to have your dryer and vent cleaned and inspected at least every couple of years.

We also offer group discounts on dryer vent cleaning for stratas, condominiums and townhomes. Please call us for a free estimate or to arrange a site visit.

The Latest In Chimney

Sweep Technology

Ever since there have been chimneys, there have been people sweeping them. But times have changed and so has the technology.

We offer cleaning of standard sized open fireplaces, free-standing wood stoves and wood inserts equipped with metal chimney liners.

At Clean Air Force, we aren’t your old fashioned chimney sweeps using an old wire brush. We only use the latest in chimney sweep technology, Snaplok Rotary Power Sweeping.

With a variety of different brush heads, cable whips and chain whips, we guarantee your chimney will be far cleaner than it would be with an old wire brush.

Worried about mess? We have got you covered. We seal off your fireplace and use 2 stages of filtration on our vacuum to ensure that we leave no trace. We specialize in cleaning, so you can have a stress free chimney sweep experience.
