Unlike other duct cleaning companies, we do ask a lot of questions and usually ask for photos prior to booking. The reason for this is because we really do care and want to make sure we can do the best job possible for you. We want to make sure we are not wasting your time or money by telling you we can do something that we can't. Our policy is honesty and full transparency.

Please select the services that you require. *Bathroom fan cleaning is only available when booking other services.

DRYER VENT CLEANING

We do not generally work on steep roofs with a pitch greater than 4/12

Is there any additional information that will help us provide you with a quote?

AIR DUCT CLEANING

Please include photos of your heat pump/furnace/HRV unit

and any exposed ducting if you can.

This helps to make sure we can do the best job for you!

Not including garages or areas that are not serviced by the forced air system. If you are unsure, this information can be found on the BC Assessment website. *We do not generally service homes larger than 4000 sqft unless the home has more than one HVAC system.

We do not clean zoned systems with electronic dampers (multiple thermostats for one system).

We do not take on jobs if the air handler is in an attic or if it is a in crawl space in homes larger than 2500 sq ft or with unfinished floors.

Our vacuum uses a 220/240v outlet for power. If you do not have one accessible, we may have another option.

CHIMNEY SWEEPS

What type of chimney do you have?

We do not offer WETT Inspections or clean boilers, wood cookstoves, pellet stoves, wood furnaces, heatilator fireplaces or non-code compliant fireplaces.

If you selected Standard Masonry Fireplace, please let us know the age of the home, if the chimney has been relined, and attach a photo showing the front of the fireplace.
