Strata Dryer Vent Cleaning
Scope of Work and How to Prepare for Your Appointment
All work is performed by owner, Neil Ballard and an assistant technician when necessary.
How to Prepare for Your Appointment:
-
All residents must be home on the date of the appointment or notify us which unit will have a key. If we can't gain access to the unit on the appointment date, at a time that is convenient for our technician, the vent cleaning may need to be rescheduled by the resident(s) for a later date, at our regular residential dryer vent cleaning rate.
-
Please do not pull out the dryers ahead of time.
-
Please ensure that all dryers are empty.
-
Please ensure there is ample room to work around the dryer (remove any laundry, storage, etc that may be obstructing access to the dryer. If you have booked the Complete cleaning option, we will need to ensure our technician can easily pull the dryer out (no shelving, etc. in the way).
-
Please ensure the exterior of each dryer vent is free and clear of obstructions.
-
If we are required to access yards where dogs reside, please ensure any dog feces has been cleaned up prior to the appointment.
-
Please ensure there is designated, fairly level parking for our work vehicle. If parking stalls are available, we will require two side by side. Airlines will be run along the ground from the work van.
